Our Board is an energetic, creative, knowledgeable, connected, and visionary group who is passionate about the program and services of OA&FS. They ensure that we do our best work possible in pursuit of our mission. In return, these efforts help people access the critical services and support they need.

• Lived adoption experience.

• CPA or financial background.

• Interest in or experience with fundraising.

• Experience in the areas of social service, healthcare, reproductive justice or state child welfare.

• Prior board or executive leadership experience.
