You do have choices. Openadopt.org is a great place to find out what they are. The Open Adoption and Family Services web site provides information that can help you decide what is best for you and your baby: a decision only you can make.

If you have experienced an unplanned pregnancy or if you are pregnant and don't know what to do, there is an option beyond abortion, beyond parenting, beyond closed adoption. With open adoption, you will always be a part of your child's life.

At Open Adoption and Family Services (OA&FS), we facilitate child-centered open adoptions that begin with a close and trusting relationship between birthparents and adoptive parents. Your child will grow up emotionally healthy, knowing who you are, knowing that you love him, and knowing that you chose his parents because they shared the things that are important to you. OA&sFS is a unique adoption agency. Birthparents are treated with dignity and respect and are empowered to create an open adoption plan they feel good about.
